1. Pricing Policy

All prices displayed on our website are generally quoted on a per-person basis unless stated otherwise. Prices may exclude additional expenses such as tips, passport or visa fees, travel insurance, meals, beverages, accommodation extras, room services, and personal expenses.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to factors such as fluctuations in airline fares, hotel rates, transport costs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

2. Payment Methods

We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club. Full payment is required to confirm a booking. By providing your payment details, you authorize Zeal Tours L.L.C to process the transaction, which will appear on your bank or card statement.

3. Booking Confirmation

Once payment is successfully processed, a booking confirmation will be sent to the registered email address. This confirmation serves as proof of your reservation. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all provided information is accurate at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

4.1 Cancellation

Each tour, activity, attraction, or hotel booking may have its own cancellation terms. Customers are advised to review the specific cancellation policy before confirming a booking.

  • Combo packages may be partially cancelled; however, cancellation of individual services within a combo may result in recalculation of the remaining services at standard rates.
  • Fees paid for visa-related services, where applicable, are generally non-refundable once processing has started.
  • Availability of services within a combo package is subject to confirmation at the time of booking.

4.2 No Show

Failure to appear for a scheduled service, tour, transfer, or activity may result in no refund. This also applies to unused tickets or services. Rescheduling may not be possible for confirmed bookings unless approved by the service provider.

5. Cancellation Procedure

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or other authorized communication channels. Upon receipt of your request, we will inform you of the applicable cancellation terms and any charges, if applicable. Zeal Tours L.L.C will not be responsible for cancellations that are not formally communicated or acknowledged.

6. Itinerary Changes

Travel itineraries and services may be subject to changes due to operational requirements, weather conditions, airline schedules, or other factors beyond our control. Where possible, alternative arrangements of similar value may be offered, subject to availability. Minor changes may be made without prior notice. No refunds shall be provided for changes caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters or other extraordinary circumstances.

7. Hotel Accommodation and Check-In/Check-Out

If your preferred accommodation is unavailable, we will attempt to arrange an alternative option of comparable category and price. Check-in and check-out times are governed by hotel policies. Zeal Tours L.L.C is not responsible for early or late check-in requests that cannot be accommodated by the hotel.

8. Travel Insurance

Zeal Tours L.L.C is not responsible for losses, damages, injuries, illnesses, delays, or cancellations arising during travel. Travelers are strongly encouraged to obtain suitable travel insurance to cover unforeseen events.

9. Travel Documents and Requirements

Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they possess valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and identification documents required for their journey. No refunds will be issued in cases where travel is affected due to missing or invalid documents. Travelers are advised to verify entry requirements, visa regulations, and health requirements with relevant authorities before travel.

10. Website Usage

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and pricing information, is the property of Zeal Tours L.L.C. Users agree not to reproduce, distribute, or use website content for unauthorized commercial or illegal purposes.

11. Delivery and Compliance Policy

Zeal Tours L.L.C does not provide services or products to individuals or entities located in countries sanctioned by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), in accordance with applicable UAE laws and regulations.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute, claim, or matter arising from the use of this website or related services shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Courts of the UAE shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such matters.
